1) Nature of Beta

1. MOBILI is in testing; features, payouts, and policies may change.
2. Service may be interrupted; data may be migrated or reset.
3. We may limit, suspend, or terminate beta access to protect the platform and users.

2) Accounts & Roles

1. One-person-one-account policy; CSR/service accounts are system-managed.
2. Keep credentials secure; you’re responsible for your account activity.
3. We may verify identity or merchant details to prevent abuse.

3) Partner Program

1. Partners may earn test rewards/RP/commissions from qualified actions using approved tools.
2. No quotas, no mandatory meetings, no guaranteed income.
3. Manipulation, fake traffic, or misuse of links is prohibited.
4. Beta rewards are provisional and subject to review or delay.

4) Merchants

1. Responsible for product accuracy, pricing, inventory, shipping, returns, and legal compliance.
2. Authorize MOBILI to display listings and enable partner promotion under Beta rules.
3. Order statuses must be accurate; false updates are grounds for removal.

5) Shoppers

1. Review product details and seller policies before purchasing.
2. Keep order confirmations and delivery proof for support.

6) Rewards, RP, and Payouts

1. Beta rewards/RP are experimental and may be adjusted due to fraud filters, returns, or fixes.
2. Payout timing/thresholds may change; balances may convert or roll forward at full launch.
3. MOBILI may withhold or reverse rewards in case of abuse or invalid transactions.

7) Content & Conduct

1. No misleading claims, spam, or unauthorized ads.
2. Respect IP rights; use only approved brand assets.
3. We may restrict accounts that breach these terms.

8) Data & Privacy

1. We collect essential usage data to improve reliability.
2. Full Privacy Notice to follow; usage implies consent to necessary processing for Beta.

9) Platform Changes

1. Features can change or be removed without notice.
2. Fixes may alter tracking, reports, or balances.

10) Liability & Disclaimer

1. Provided “as is” during Beta, without warranties of any kind.
2. Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Beta use.

11) Governing Law & Disputes

1. Governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
2. Good-faith resolution first; venue shall be the proper courts of [City, Philippines].

12) Updates

1. We may update these Beta T&Cs; continued use means acceptance of the updated version.
